Praise God!

~about 5:05PM Japan Time~

So… first. Praise God because I was well enough to make it to the vbs and everything today… and with enough energy to last the kids and everything! It was a lot of fun today… tiring… but a lot of fun. It’s about this time during the week where I start getting attached to the kids… understanding some of what they say… them understanding whatever I try to say (I hope…) and a lot of random fun running around tickling, chasing, throwing Frisbees and footballs… etc etc… all the sweat shed together while hunting for cicadas must do something to build and strengthen bonds… but I guess the most important thing is that the Holy Spirit has been there the whole time with us… hopefully the kids see just a little bit of God’s love in all the craziness that happens.

Anyways… supposedly we have dinner in a little over an hour… and a lot of the team looks pretty tired. Elaine, Vincy and Susan went shopping, but the rest of us are relaxing and pretty pooped looking back here at the house (be praying for us extra hard through the last few days!!!)
